reaffirms that the United States-Philippines Mutual Defense Treaty remains the foundation for the bilateral relationship, and sets forth a shared vision for strategic, political, economic, and people-to-people cooperation.

再度新闻稿了英国-印尼《协力防卫新闻稿》是双边亲密关系的终极目标，阐释了两国之间在发展战略，政治，经济，民营沟通交流等方面的密切合作文本。

The Manila Declaration stated that the United States and the Philippines abiding friendship has been forged by a history of shared sacrifice and common purpose, and enriched by the presence in the U.S. of over 4 million Filipinos and Filipino Americans,
